Davis & Beyer is seeking an experienced dental assistant or EFDA with advanced restorative, endo, full mouth rehab and/or implant surgery experience.

What we need from you? The right personality - enthusiastic, outgoing, easy going, adaptable, hard working, efficient, good with time management, good at anticipating doctor's needs and great with patient care.

Our experienced team members work with one doctor but are cross-trained to work with all the doctors in our Practice. We utilize CEREC mills for 1-day crowns. We use iTero for ortho cases. We use 3 shape scanners for our digital cases. We use 3D printers for patient appliances. We use X-Nav for implant placement and Tekscan for digital occlusal adjustments. We work with many different labs. Our team is trained to utilize our CT machine. We take intraoral photos of our patients. We are fast paced but patient centric.

Responsibilities
  • Assist the dentist during procedures by preparing instruments and materials, ensuring a sterile environment.
  • Utilize dental terminology to communicate effectively with patients and staff.
  • Manage patient records and appointments using EMR systems like Dentrix.
  • Provide exceptional customer care, addressing patient inquiries and concerns.
  • Monitor patient vital signs and ensure comfort during treatments.
  • Maintain compliance with HIPPA regulations and uphold aseptic techniques.
  • Discuss treatment plans with patients in and educated and informative manner
